The design includes all details and tender documents for mechanical, electrical, communications, HVAC, elevators, fire fighting and alarm networks for buildings based on Iraqi, British and USA codes.

Water and wastewater treatment plant

Al Ghalowa presents a complete solution for design water and wastewater projects, starting from feasibility study, preliminary report, survey, soil investigation and end with providing the hydraulic, process, mechanical, electrical and structural design and tender documents for all units of the treatment plant. We have the experts, especially on designing and turnkey for all type of wastewater treatment plants and applications. Al Ghalowa team has successfully completed about six mega and medium wastewater treatment (capacity ranged between 100000-400000 m³/day) plant and four water treatment plan (capacity ranged between 4000 – 10000 m³/day)

 

Sewer and drainage system

Al Ghalowa in cooperation with AB INFRASTRUCTURE LTD, a sister company in the UK,  presents an innovative method for the design of separate sewer system and drainage system registered as a patent. Also, The company use innovative sewer design software generated by their staff; the software uses a GIS database to establish the essential input data for the sewer design program. The design tools were published in Hydrological Journal which has 4.5 impact factor and was applied successfully in many projects.

 

Hydraulic’ structural design and hydrology

Al Ghalowa has an excellent team for the design of hydraulic structures and hydrology studies for water flows control in rivers. The company implemented many design projects for diversion weirs and conducted many environmental- hydrological design studies for the restoration of Iraqi marshlands and Improving the present environmental condition of southern marshes (Al-Hammar, Al-Huwazia, Central and Abu-Ziriq).
